Orthopaedic Therapy Team

One of the teams working as part of the Multidisciplinary Therapy Team to respond flexibly to the rehabilitation needs of patients both at the site and on returning home.

The Orthopaedic Therapy Team provide acute therapy management and helps the discharge of orthopaedic patients into the community.

We cover wards 16, 17 and the Day Care Unit. Referrals are received on the daily handover that is attended by therapy staff on ward 16 and 17.
