Respiratory Lab/Sleep Unit

The Respiratory Lab provides full lung function testing on in-patients, out-patients and private patients. Limited tests are available to GP direct access referrals.

The Sleep Unit providing diagnosis and treatment of the most common sleep disordered breathing condition, Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) and restless leg syndrome, on in-patients, out-patients (referred from other specialities or GPs) and private patients.

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Booking

Patients can be referred via their GP or by referral letter by a specialist in their local hospital.

Respiratory lab referrals - GPs please refer via white Spirometry request card direct to lab.

Location

Q.E.H, B Block past Out-Patients Department. Patients with mobility problems are advised to get a patient buggy from main reception due to distance of clinic from the reception area.
