Friends and Family Test

The NHS is always striving to improve services for patients and the Department of Health is now asking all NHS Hospitals to seek feedback from patients about their experience of care and, in particular, whether they would recommend their place of care to others.

We would like you to think about your experience in our A&E Department or inpatient wards and offer you the opportunity to participate in South London Healthcare's Friends and Family survey.

This is real time feedback as it relates to care received within the previous 48hrs of discharge from either A&E or a ward and the results will be published both locally and nationally to help people to make choices about where to go for treatment.

The survey is completely anonymous and no personal details are requested.
